
Dr Tim Baker
Senior Lecturer
Dr Tim Baker is an international consultant and Managing Director of WINNERS-AT-WORK Pty Ltd, which specialises in assisting leaders to develop productive workplace cultures. Over the last 20 years, he has conducted around 2,500 seminars, workshops and keynote addresses to over 45,000 people in 11 countries across 21 industry groups. Some clients include Al Safi Foods (Saudi Arabia), Australian Federal Police, Boeing, Chevron, IBM, Monetary Authority of Singapore, Queensland Health, Singapore Airlines, Singapore Armed Forces, Toyota, Unilever, Volvo, and Victoria Police. He has been a lecturer in several universities and was a longstanding member of Queensland University of Technology Council. He is recognised as one of the 50 Most Talented Global Training & Development Leaders (World HRD Congress). In 2018, he was a finalist for Learning Professional of the Year at the Asia Pacific Institute of Learning Professionals Awards.
