Leaders Institute—also trading as Australian Business Institute—launched Australian Business Institute Research Centre (ABIRC), in 2025, as an interdisciplinary hub for our world-renowned researchers in business and technology, economics and finance, organisational management, sustainable solutions, and global business. The reputation of AAI is growing rapidly, particularly across the Indo-Pacific region. LI’s Master of Business Administration students are also emerging as the next generation of scholars.
While ABIRC focuses on business and related fields, it is inclusive of wider research in other disciplines exploring how contemporary enterprises can integrate emerging technologies. By bridging the gap between academic theory and industry practice, this research institute provides insights for leaders to manage complex, digitally engaged organisations that remain resilient and competitive within the global marketplace.

Australian Business Institute Research Centre Director, Associate Professor Ben Arachi, has over 40 years of experience in the commerce and management and an extensive track record in supervising successful doctoral theses to completion. He has dedicated his career to fostering higher education excellence in rural regions and his business networks extend across the world.
