OB400 Organisational Behaviour
DESCRIPTION
This unit discusses relevant issues in the management of people, including motivation, groups and teams, emotions and stress, individual differences, leadership, and organisation change. The complexity of the interactions, relationships, and processes within organisations can make them difficult to understand. The unit provides students with analytical skills and tools to help them understand human behaviour at the individual, group, and organisation level. Theories, models, and research will be discussed and applied through case studies, individual and group assignments, experiential exercises, and reflection on work experience.
