What is My eQuals?

My eQuals is Australia’s official tertiary credentials platform for universities and other tertiary education providers. It allows education providers, students, and employers to view, share and verify certified qualifications online in a secure and convenient way. Leaders Institute uses My eQuals to digitally certify official credential documents and awards for our graduates.

How to apply for digital certificates?

To request a digital certificate, please email the Registrar Office at admin@leaders.edu.au

Payment of the applicable fee must be completed before your request can be processed. Once payment has been confirmed, please allow 5 to 10 business days for the digital document to be issued and uploaded.

What documents can I request through My eQuals?

Students can request for the below documents through My eQuals:

• Graduation Documents: AHEGS + Testamur + Statement of Attainment – $25
• Re-issue of Graduation Documents for Alumni prior to 2026 – $40

What if the content of my Graduation Documents is incorrect?
