  • Dr Moudassir Habib is a Research Fellow (Regional Drought Resilience Planning) at the Rural Economics Centre of Excellence, University of Southern Queensland. He is an experienced AgTech and decarbonisation professional with a strong background in applied research, stakeholder engagement, and technology adoption in fresh produce supply chains. Dr Habib’s expertise spans mapping decarbonisation technologies, supporting sustainable transitions, and driving innovation in agriculture and energy sectors. He is passionate about creating socio-economic impact through technology and committed to advancing sustainability in rural and industrial landscapes.
