Dr Bruce Mortimer is Founding Director of Bruce Mortimer and Associates which delivers strategic planning, research and business advisory services specialising climate change adaptation, in water, resource management and education. He has almost 30 years of experience at cutting edge of designing and implementing reform for:
climate change adaptation
urban water supply (in response to the Millennium Drought)
local government accountability (post-Hillmer reforms)
education and schooling, particularly Indigenous education reforms
policing (post Fitzgerald Inquiry reforms)
