DESCRIPTION

This unit explores advanced theories of leadership and their application in the context of executive management. The unit covers key issues related to leadership providing insights into the nature of corporate leadership in contemporary settings. The unit will help students to distinguish various leadership styles from theory and best practices, assess organisational contexts and understand effective leadership approaches in diverse and complex settings.
