DESCRIPTION

Advancements in technology have changed the way in which agricultural producers and advocates interact with customers and stakeholders. The unit will equip student to develop the knowledge, skills, and abilities relevant to agricultural business management, leadership, and communication in the 21stcentury. The unit is designed to impart specific knowledge, raise awareness of business growth, provide basic business and scientific/entrepreneurial leadership skills, and develop students’ capability to examine, analyse and evaluate various leadership theories that are essential for agribusiness improvement.
