Leaders Institute provides all students with extensive electronic resources via the LI library catalogue, including over 4000 academic journals through EBSCO and Emerald services, 75,000 videos from the Associate Press, and 5000 open-access journals. The library catalogue also includes required readings (usually PDF) for all units and links to current industry and government research and information. The LI library supplies eBook access keys to all prescribed unit texts.

The Leaders Institute global online Library provides all staff and students with the learning and research resources available at the Institute. The Liberty Lite® catalogue system and Ex Libris Primo® discovery solution provide the management of library resources and research materials. The library provides access to thousands of journal databases, e-books, required and recommended readings for each Unit Outline, and a single catalogue for searching all collections.
