Dr Sethu Ramasamy
Sydney Campus Manager, Senior Lecturer
Dr Sethu Ramasamy is an academic and agricultural scientist with a broad skillset across crop improvement, pest and disease management in agriculture and horticulture crops. He has a history of applied research in plant breeding, plant protection, herbicide resistance and biological control.
Dr Ramasamy commenced his research career at the Department of Primary Industries (DPI) Victoria Government as a Research Officer and later held research and teaching appointments at RMIT University as a Post-doctoral researcher and Teaching Associate, and Scientific Officer at the NSW Government Department of Primary Industries. Dr Sethu is a Certified Practising Agriculturist and a Horticulturist, affiliated with AG Institute Australia and the Australian Institute of Horticulture.
